Course Description

Access is a database program, which means you use Access to organise data in a meaningful way. Examples of databases include employee information, customer information, and stock – for example a video shop. You will learn how to plan, design, and create a database. Tables are the building blocks of a database, and that is covered in detail in this course. You will learn how to use Queries to organise the data in such a way that it is meaningful, for example a video shop can use a Query to see which videos haven’t been returned yet. You will learn how to view and enter information using a Form and also print information using a Report.
